Instaphone the first cellular company in Pakistan
has lunched its services in Gwadar thus become
the only mobile company to operate in this
port city Balochistan and the future international
trade hub of Pakistan.
District Nazim Gwadar Babu Ghulam formally inaugurated the Instaphone service at the ceremony Thursday attended by official of Instaphone, representative of local and Balochistan Government as well as foreign country engaged in construction in deep sea of Gwadar port.
Addressing the launching ceremony the Nazim of Gwadar welcomed investment made by Instaphone to provide much cellular service in the city and said this would facilitate communication with other part of the country.
Instaphone was the only company providing mobile phone service in Quetta very recently which also prompted its competitor to invest in the almost non existent cellular phone infrastructure in the in the province he said the district government facilitate more potential in this regards
He further said that picking up business activity in Gwadar needs increased communication infrastructure and Instaphone timely investment will prove a big step in this regards.
Keeping up with its pace and continuously expanding its services Instaphone has now reached more than 185 cities nation wide. Some of the cities recently added to its network included Swabi, Charsadda, Bannu, Tuba Take Sing and Pak Pattan. Instaphone will soon be extended to even more cities.
