Instaphone first cellular company in Pakistan
has lunched its services in Gwadar thus becoming
the only mobile company to operate in this
port city or Balochistan and the future international
trade hub of Pakistan.
District Nazim Gwadar Babu Ghulam formally inaugurated the Instaphone service at a ceremony Thursday attended by the official of Instaphone representative of local and Balochistan government as well as foreigners currently engaged in construction of deep sea Gwadar Port.
Addressing the launching ceremony the Nazim of Gwadar welcomed the investment by the Instaphone to provide much demanded cellular service in the city and said this would facilitate communication with other parts of the country.
Instaphone was the only company providing the mobile phone services in Quetta very recently. Which also prompted its competitor to invest in the almost non-existent cellular
Phone infrastructure in the province. He said the district government will facilitate more potential investors in this regards.
He further said that picking up business activity in Gwadar needs increased communication infrastructure and Instaphone timely investment will prove a big step in this regards.
Keeping up with its pace and continuously expanding its services, Instaphone has now reached more then 185 cities national wide some of the cities recently added to its network included Swabi, Bannu, tuba Take Sing and Pak Pattan. Instaphone will soon be extending more cities.
