Rewards such as Free Line Rent, Free Outgoing Minutes will be applicable in your next billing cycle, from the time of redemption. And for other incentives, please allow us up to 4 weeks for delivery, from the time of redemption.

Note:

• The extra points remaining in the history after redemption of a prize would be adjusted and saved till the time you collect enough to ask for another prize.
